(if you’re not into partying)
FOOD
Ibiza is a New York of islands. You’ll find the famous posh chain restaurants like Nobu, Zuma together with touristic places. I’ll share with you my rare find that I’m really proud of. It’s called Ibiza Food Studio and is serving creative dishes from local products. Be sure to try sliced potatoes lasagna with truffles, its a must!
OLD TOWN AND PORT
Check out the view from the castle! You’ll discover an impressive mix of cultures: Catholic Church, medieval castle, Arab-style rooftops of the buildings and modern yachts. There’s a lot in this messy vibe of a port town. Take a stroll around.
CASINO
Ibiza has quite a nice casino located next to Zuma restaurant. Don’t expect anything like Monte Carlo though! It’s more easy (island!) going and there’s no dress code.
FORMENTERA
For me personally a day trip to Formentera was one of a highlights of the trip. I have never seen something like that before! Imagine a long dune of pure white sand surrounded by a turquoise water. Be sure to take sunscreens, towels and some food with you. If you don’t book a restaurant in advance there’s a low chance that you’d grab anything to eat on the beach.
BEACH HOPPING
Rent a car or a take a boat trip for a day to discover hidden beaches of Ibiza! We haven’t had a chance to do that and it’s still in my list 😉 so that means I’m definitely coming back
